Lubcom Tech Solutions Ltd proposes to establish a Digital Skills and Technical
Training Hub in Mityana District, Uganda, designed to equip underserved youth with
practical, hands-on ICT and technical skills for employment, entrepreneurship,
and participation in the digital economy.
The project goes beyond basic computer literacy to include market-relevant
technical training such as networking, hardware repair, mobile device servicing,
and digital production skills. This blended approach directly addresses youth
unemployment by aligning training with real job opportunities and income-generating
activities.
Soldering, component testing, screen replacement, printer servicing.
Practical programming in PHP, Python, JavaScript, and databases.
Field cabling, NVR/DVR configuration, and remote phone monitoring.
Vacists courses covering Office Suite, internet research, and typing.
